       MULTIPLE ROTATED TEETH

A diastema exists between two central incisors and the four incisors are rotated.  Occlusial views show addition with composite combined with no tooth reduction produces esthetic results.  Tooth surfaces are cleaned with fluoride free pumice in prophy cups.  Teeth are etched, bonded and composite added.  Final shaping and polishing is completed.

Orthodontics is another option for these teeth.  Evaluation revealed that orthodontics would straighten teeth, however, tooth form would not be satisfactory for the patient.  Restoration would be necessary after orthodontics.

The young age of this patient dictated composite restoration as gingival position changes with age.  At twenty one years old, the composite was converted to porcelain for stronger and longer lasting restorations.
